(I guess this is the most appropriate forum to post this...) Anyone hear about the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion medicaid waiver program? I spoke to Karen Mates about this and it sounds pretty exciting... Hopefully divert nursing home placements, and for people that are already in nursing homes, will allow them to leave. http://www.health.state.ny.us/facilities/long_term_care/waiver/docs/application_2005-12-12.pdf Tom
