I was browsing the net and I came across this forum. I thought let me be the first one to start a thread in this topic. My parents are both over 80 years old and are living by themselves. I used to be very concerned and worried for their health. I lived over 5 hours away from them and I constantly worried over their health. They refused to move into assisted living centers. I was at a loss as to how to keep them safe when I read about medical alert pendants/bracelets. I looked for options and settled for Responselink. A push of a button is just all that is needed to bring help immediately to them. The team has all their medical history. Rl also reminds my parents to take their medication and have their meals on time. I am still concerned but that constant nagging worry has reduced to a large extent. This is a good option for people looking for assisted technology .
