 (I *guess* this is the most appropriate forum to post this...)

Anyone hear about the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion medicaid waiver program?

I spoke to Karen Mates about this and it sounds pretty exciting...
Hopefully divert nursing home placements, and for people that are already in nursing homes, will allow them to leave.
