About Us

ElderNetworkNY.org is an initiative of the Center for Excellence in Aging Services at the University at Albany, Albany, New York.

ElderNetworkNY.org is a component of a community wide effort to address aging needs in the Capital District of New York State supported by the New York State Office for the Aging, The John A. Hartford Foundation, the New York State Governor’s Office, the New York State Legislature and the Capital Region’s four Area Agencies on Aging.

ElderNetworkNY.org went online in April 2006.
